Combed top

Combed top (sometimes called 'roving' but technically that's carded not combed) is a long strip of fibre, all aligned and ready for you to spin. 

My combed tops are designed by me in Hampshire and then produced by a mill in Yorkshire to my specifications. I prefer working with natural fibres so that's what you'll find in the various blends, all named for places around my South Hampshire studio
