Reserve the item on my rigid heddle loom

If you've seen my work in progress online or at an event and have fallen in love, this is how you can make it yours

Here you can pay a deposit to reserve the item on my rigid heddle loom before anyone else gets a look in (items on my table loom are also available to reserve) Once I've finished the item (it's usually a scarf) I'll send you all the details, images and final price. As you've been kind enough to pay a deposit there will be a discount of 15% on the balance

I've try to be descriptive in the options available so you can identify the current items but if you have any questions just let me know.

If the item you're looking for isn't here then it probably moved to the finished items section

How does this work?

Pick the item you've seen from the drop down list. Once you place an order including this 'Reserve the item on my loom' it is reserved for you.  I will be in touch to let you know when I expect the item to be completed (minimum of a week) and if there are any design choices (fringe options, length etc) we can make. I'll be able to give you an estimate of the final cost too.

I will finish the item, send you details/images and let you know the balance of the order. Example: Final price is £85, balance will be £38.25 (85-40=45, 45-15%=38.25) Once that balance and shipping is paid, the finished item will be on its way to you.

You can change your mind at any point up to paying that final balance - just let me know and I'll issue a full refund for your deposit. Of course, the usual returns procedure still applies once you've received the item too

• I'll be in touch with an estimated completion date and any customisation/choices that are possible
• You can change your mind and receive a full refund of your reservation deposit
