Designed for kids socks but they don't have to have all the fun, one 50g ball will knit a pair of socks up to size 11.5 UK ( 30 European or 12.5 US) and you'll need two 50g balls for an adult sized pair. Included is a FREE sock knitting pattern which covers most kids/adult sizes (requires a set of 2.5mm double pointed needles and some stitch markers).

Fortissima Socka Mexiko Color is a 75% wool, 25% polyamide mix which is hardwearing and washable. The Kids Color range knits into bands of colour with a little 'fairisle' section. When used for socks the recommended tension/gauge is 30 stitches and 42 rows to 10cm/4inches on 2.5mm needles. The yarn can also be used for a 4 ply pattern with tension/gauge of 28 stitches and 36 rows on 3.25mm needles. There are 210m to each 50g ball of yarn.
